Poilâne® currently offers seven different versions of its emblematic butter cookies. Each unique recipe is made with flour from a different grain: oat, wheat, corn, barley, buckwheat, rice or rye. Developed especially for our collection of sablés, an innovative new packaging concept includes environmentally friendly kraft boxes, sleeves and fasteners designed to preserve the singular characteristics of each grain. Our tantalizing collection of sablés is color-coded, and each grain is assigned a vibrant hue to make its specificities easier to identify: the taste of barley is similar to that of walnuts, the aromas of rye are inimitable, buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, our oat sablés are vegan, our corn sablés are naturally low in sugar, the silky texture of our rice sablés makes them especially light and sweet and our wheat Punitions® are our original and legendary butter cookies.
