In 2017, Apollonia Poilâne's choice to open at 83 rue de Crimée its second address on the Right Bank, was born from a crush for a place dating from the beginning of the 20th century, with its old wood-fired oven, its interior decoration elements, some of which are listed as Historic Monuments. Earthenware tiles, carved wooden arcades supported by cast iron columns, ceiling of painted canvases fixed under glass. Just a stone's throw from the Buttes-Chaumont park, in the heart of this fast-changing Parisian neighborhood, Poilâne® natural sourdough breads, cookies and pastries are made and baked with wood on site. Welcome to the Poilâne® universe.
