All of our breads at Poilâne® are made using flours that are stone-ground from a meticulous selection of grains grown in France. Stone milling helps preserves the nutritional qualities of the different grains. Our flours are free of additives and flavor enhancers. Our tan-hued T80 wheat flour at Poilâne® is perfect for trying your hand at bread-baking at home; it is the same flour that we use in our signature sourdough loaf, as well as many other offerings at Poilâne®. For recipes such as cakes, pastry shells, white bread and pizza dough, we recommend using our T55 wheat flour, a white flour that is ideal for preparing your favorite desserts and more. So get baking and don’t forget to get your loved ones to help out! 
