The Story behind Mon Billot

One day, interior architect François B and cabinetmakers Stéphane&Sébastien came across an exquisitely finished butcher block with the purest lines. It was the art of perfection. Together they sought to design three products inspired by this iconic piece. Thanks to their approach, the butcher block now occupies a place of honor in the kitchens of epicurean families. This dual passion for natural materials and good food was also the driving force behind the creation of Mon Billot X Poilâne®.
